岗位职责
1，负责公司重大跨国项目的技术执行部分，按照项目进度要求，合理调动资源，按时完成项目。
2，实时把握项目进度，有风险管控意识和处理突发事件的能力，并及时向项目主管汇报。
3，与客户保持良好的沟通，把问题及时、全面的汇报给项目主管。
4，按照项目技术要求，建立标准件库和标准程序样式
5，按照项目要求，完成项目现场设备以及相关子系统的配置和安装调试
6，完成PLC系统的调试安装，以及相关子系统的连接和系统整体测试
岗位要求
1，电气、机电一体化或者机械专业***本科毕业
2，良好的PLC理论知识和丰富的实际项目经验
3，西门子SPS系统应用基础知识，有实际项目经验优先（TIA Portal V15.1）
4，自动化生产线安装调试经验
5，了解Profinet总线和以太网应用，有自动化生产线项目优先
6，擅长纠错和问题分析
其他事项
1，要求英语作为工作语言
2，前期准备，需要去德国总部培训3个月
3，工作认真负责，诚信可靠，有合理调节工作压力的能力

1，结构设计，图纸、物料清单（BOM）的建立、维护；

2， 工厂内部插箱产品及结构的优化改进；

3，根据销售和商务的要求，解答客户需求，为客户提供项目方案；

Engineer Responsibilities

1. Structural design, establishment and maintenance of drawings and BOM;            

2. Optimization and improvement of the product and structure of the subrack in the factory;      

3. According to the requirements of sales and business, answer customers' needs and provide customers with project plans;        

4. Rectification of major quality problems and product improvement;            

5. Transformation, compilation and improvement of technical standards;

任职资格qualifications

1，机械设计相关专业，电子机械专业优先；

2，熟悉19英寸标准，有19英寸机箱机柜从业经验优先；

3，2年以上机械设计经验，有通信外壳/机架相关工作经验。

4，有EMC/热管理知识，有噪音管理和振动管理经验者优先;

5，熟悉钣金生产工艺或铝挤出加工经验者优先。

6，具有较强的创新能力和分析能力

7，了解系统产品(CPCI, VME, VPX)

1. Major in mechanical design, electronic machinery is preferred;          

2. Familiar with 19 inch standard, 19 inch cabinet experience is preferred;           

3. At least 2 years of mechanical design experience, working experience in communication enclosure / subrack.           

4. Knowledge of EMC / thermal management, experience in noise management and Vibration management is preferred;           

5. Familiar with sheet metal production process or aluminum extrusion experience is preferred.

1.Responsible for PCB bus design, PCB Layout.

1，负责PCB总线设计，PCB Layout.

2. Participate in product design, development and research, and be able to independently complete product design, schematic design, PCB inspection, debugging and engineering;

2，参与产品的设计开发与研究，能独立完成产品的方案设计、原理图设计、PCB检查、调试和工程化；

3. Familiar with PCB technology and design specifications, understand PCB board processing and production process;

3，熟悉PCB工艺和设计规范，了解PCB板的加工制作流程；

4. Output the corresponding documents according to the process to complete the predetermined design purpose;

5. Solve quality problems encountered in the design and production process;

1. Independent PCB layout and routing capabilities, experience with high-speed circuits and multilayer board layout is preferred.

2. Master at least one PCB design tool (such as Cadence, PADs, Altium designer, unlimited);

2，掌握至少一种PCB设计工具（如Cadence、PADs、Altium designer不限）；
